Do you think you have what it takes to be part of a fast passed cutting-edge project?

Knowledge about at least 10 game servers we offer and their inner workings. The ideal support rep has nearly countless hours of play time and experience with various plugins, mods, and server setups. You will be required to be on-shift with our live chat team and reply to tickets during quiet periods and help out with our knowledgebase.

You will need to be knowledgeable in Python, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, SaltStack, with deployment experience in at least one of the top 10 cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, RackSpace, OpenStack) Worked on provisioning dedicated servers, building, Must have at least one certification in networking/server hardware (CompTIA, RHCE, RHCSA, CCNA etc)

We are looking for a frontend Web Developer who can continue and Improve the structure of our website and services. Your main job responsibilities will be improving the styling and ease of use of our services. Working on Pterodactyl, next cloud, Open stack WHMCS, cPanel to test pages, roll out updates, performance checks and bug fixes.

You must be able to work with PHP, GoLang, JavaScript, Node,JS, HTML, CSS, Java, C# and have extensive experience building applications, Working directly with our control panels and alongside the frontend developer. This is a FULL development role, You will be responsible for upgrading and improving our infrastructure by automation and other technologies.
